This spring stop off at Yabby Lake Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, just 50 minutes from Melbourne.

Our restaurant menu by head chef Michael Gwizdek focuses on classic, seasonal fare such as local whiting or slow roasted lamb shoulder served with big bowls of local greens, a range of smaller plate entrees such as kingfish crudo, house-made terrine and beautiful local cheeses.  Choose from two or three courses.

An outdoor deck takes in the stunning views of the vineyard and beyond.  The wine and food experience is complemented by an engaging collection of artworks - inside and out.

The light and welcoming cellar door space is the perfect spot for a convivial family lunch and features high recycled timber beams framing large expanses of glass that showcase the spectacular setting.  A slick timber tasting bar creates an intimate space for tasting at the end of the dining room. The warmth of the recycled timbers is complemented by industrial-style steel fixtures, polished concrete floors and a striking central fireplace.
