Fruit from the Yabby Lake Estate Vineyards, handpicked, whole bunch pressed into tank.
After settling, 75% racked to tank and 25% to seven-year-old barrels for fermentation.
Parcels left on lees and stirred fortnightly until bottled in August 2008.
The Result
Bright, intense aromas of lychee, nashi pear and spice make way for great mouth-feel and complexity, rounded fruit and delicate floral nuances. You can't put her down!
