Supporting Breast Cancer Network Australia

Pink Claw has been created by the Kirby family, founders of Yabby Lake, to help raise awareness of breast cancer which directly affects thousands of Australian families each year. Pink Claw is donated to and used for fundraising events and campaigns, and in addition, a portion of the profits from every bottle is donated to Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). This wine has lifted strawberry aromas and a refreshing, savoury finish.

Behind the Scenes

  • The fruit spent 18-24 hours on skins for colour and flavour extraction and the juice was run-off to tank for cold settling

  • The juice was then racked to fermentation and spent 4 months on lees
    (no oak, 100% stainless steel).

  • The Result

This special addition to our Red Claw range has been handcrafted with our own high quality Mornington Peninsula pinot noir – and reflects our uncompromising approach to winemaking. It is bone dry, savoury and perfectly suited to modern Australian cuisine.
